The site

highstrungpro.com is published by High Strung Productions LLC (“we”). It is a catalog and workshop: music, apps, journal notes, and a mailing list. By using the site you agree to these terms.

What you may do

Listen, read, and share links. Stream or download a release only through the controls we provide (platform links, or the on-site player / download when a release is hosted here). Do not scrape, redistribute, or rehost audio, artwork, or copy as if it were yours.

What we publish

Music, names, marks, photographs, and software listed here belong to High Strung Productions, the credited artists, or their licensors. The source code of this website is separately licensed (see the repository LICENSE). App Store apps (including Rheander) have their own store terms.

Mailing list

Joining the list is optional. You confirm the address is yours. We will use it as described in the privacy policy. You can leave by emailing us.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. Players, embeds, and third-party stores can fail. We are not liable for lost profits, data, or listening time arising from use of the site, to the extent the law allows.

Other people’s sites

Links to Apple, Spotify, YouTube, X, and sibling High Strung properties are not under our control. Their terms apply once you leave.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date and text here. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new text.
